Terms of Service

Last reviewed: May 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of TaxClover. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What TaxClover is

TaxClover is software that helps U.S. freelancers and 1099 workers track income and expenses and estimate quarterly taxes. It does not file taxes and is not a CPA, tax advisor, or tax preparer. See our Tax Disclaimer.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. The service is intended for sole proprietors and single-member LLCs filing a Schedule C; it is not designed for S-corps, partnerships, or multi-user teams.

Subscription and billing

TaxClover is offered as a single plan at $19 per month or $190 per year. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card.

After the trial, paid features require an active subscription. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." Estimates are informational and not guaranteed to match a filed return. To the extent permitted by law, TaxClover is not liable for tax outcomes, penalties, or interest resulting from reliance on the product. Always confirm with a qualified professional.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. TaxClover is a pre-launch product; final terms will be presented at checkout before any charge is made.
